What Happens After You Get in Touch
Once we receive your message, a Northern House specialist — not an account manager — will reply within one business day. If you've shared your domain, we'll include a brief ranking observation in that first reply so you can see immediately how we think. From there, we schedule a 30-minute discovery call to understand your goals, timeline, and any technical constraints on your side. If the fit is right, we'll send a scoped proposal within five business days. There's no pressure to sign anything on the call — we'd rather you take the time to read the proposal properly than rush a decision you'll second-guess.

Working hours
Monday to Thursday 09:00–18:00, Friday 09:00–17:00. We reply to emails received outside these hours on the next working morning. No weekend support — we believe in sustainable work for the people doing the work.
